         The Ebola Support Programme in the South-east of Liberia is a development program of the Republic of Liberia, co-financed by the Federal Republic of Germany through the German Development Bank (KfW) and implemented by Welthungerhilfe in collaboration with MoFDP, MoPW and MoH&SW. It is within the scope of the program to construct wells at the proposed clinic locations at Juarzon, Kilo, Seeton Juayen and Karquekpo towns in various districts of Sinoe County. This bid notice is a re-tender of Lot 5 of the previous tender for Sinoe County posted by WHH on 16.5.2016 under the same programme.

         Qualified and MoPW-CCCS duly registered bidders are again invited to submit bid for the Construction of Four (4) Wells in Juarzon, Kilo town, Seeton Juayen and Karquekpo Clinic locations in various districts of Sinoe County, under Lot 1. Welthungerhilfe invites bid in 1 packet system on prescribed forms from construction companies having requisite experience and financial capacity for the execution of the work, including the procurement and delivery of the required construction materials.

         Throughout these bidding documents, the terms ‘bid’ and ‘tender’ and their derivatives ‘bidder’, ‘tenderer’, ‘bidding’, ‘tendering’, etc. are synonymous.

         Welthungerhilfe is also referred to as Principal.

         KfW is also referred to as Donor.

         Day means calendar day. Singular also means plural.
